Scapi Magazine
Chicago makes things.
We want to talk about them.
The project
Art is happening
all around us.
Scapi is our Chicago arts magazine and podcast. We cover emerging artists, the ways they’re experimenting, and the cultural issues that affect their lives. The commitment is the same one on the magazine’s About page: informed, independent journalism.
Daniel founded the magazine and handles writing, editing, and the website. Together, Daniel and Maureen cohost Scapi Radio. We ask people about their work and give them time to answer.
